We onboard your business and place your stock in one of our fulfillment facilities. We put small, fast-moving lines into pick-face storage, ready for speedy delivery, while larger or 6-8 weeks over stock items remain on pallets in bulk replenishment storage. Thanks to the information we collect on each item as part of our goods in process, we segregate and trace batches, and only charge you for the exact space your items take up. Our fulfillment warehouses specialise in eCommerce order fulfillment for consumer brands. Due to the nature we do not blend long-term/short term warehousing and storage like a normal distribution centre might. We instead place long stay items in our Long Stay facility, keeping the agile processes in place we give you: the opportunity to place stock outside of our eCommerce high volume facility at lower long stay rates. When stock is required due to low stock levels, we then can bring into the high volume facility when required.

WHAT IS WAREHOUSING AND FULFILLMENT?

Warehousing and fulfillment are important stages of the order fulfillment process. Warehousing involves storing products for distribution, while fulfillment covers the picking, packing, and shipping of goods to customers. IWF offers a professional and effective outsourced warehousing and fulfillment solution exclusively for eCommerce businesses.

ONLY PAY FOR THE SPACE YOU USE

Depending on the size of your inventory and volume of orders, we offer two warehousing and storage options:

1. Small, fast-moving items go into pick storage, ready for speedy delivery. Because we measure the size of items during goods in, we only charge you for the exact space they take up. The more you sell, the less you pay.
2. If you have large items, a lot of inventory or occasional wholesale orders, we offer pallet storage. This is charged at a low, fixed, weekly fee.

REAL-TIME STOCK VISIBILITY

As part of the goods in process, we ensure that every item you send us is barcoded and logged in FreQenC – our order fulfillment software. We use this barcode to track where each item is stored, and when it is picked and packed for delivery. You get full access to this data too, in real time, via FreQenC. So even though your stock is not in your own fulfillment warehouse, you always know where it is and how much you’ve got.

NEVER SELL AN OUT-OF-DATE PRODUCT

Best before dates and serial numbers are captured in our order fulfillment software, batches are segregated, and we use first-in, first-out (FIFO) fulfillment as standard. You can also specify – and trace – which batches we use in which orders, so you should never sell – or destroy – an out-of-date product.
